Ladder Cage
This is how my mind works. Compare this image with "Sky Tunnel"' the next image. Composition is such an important factor in my work. Seeing the entire frame of the cage shows you the beginning and the end of this forced perspective. I also love how the blacks on the left really help draw your eye through the image.
Sky Tunnel
So now with portions of the cage out of the frame and closer to the ladder, you feel more inside the tunnel. The light cloud cover is a nice textural addition as opposed to the clear sky in the last image.
